We are seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects across various clients and teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budgets.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Manage project changes and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
Ensure project documentation is maintained and up-to-date.
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative remote work environment, encouraging communication and teamwork.
Provide regular updates on project status to leadership and clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Knowledge of the Canadian business environment and regulations is a plus.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
